Metabolic Balance

The Metabolic Balance program helps regulate your metabolism with a personalized meal plan and nutrients specific to your body’s needs. As a result, a well-balanced metabolism can supply the body with all the enzymes and hormones it needs to thrive.

The Metabolic Balance nutrition plan is based on your individual data and scientifically collected parameters. These parameters include 36 individual blood values, which are important because they show us your nutrient deficiencies and where you have enough of a specific nutrient.

We understand that everything about you is unique, including all your personal information with your eating habits, food intolerances, your medical case history, and everything else that makes you, you. It is this wealth of knowledge that creates your personalized Metabolic Balance nutrition plan that is as unique as you are!

 A Certified Metabolic Balance Coach will guide you through your health journey and help you stay on track. They will be in contact with experienced physicians, nutritionists and naturopaths at the Metabolic Balance Institute in Germany who are professionally trained in this method to help you at all stages of the program.

That way, your plan and the accompanying support provide stability, security and a high chance of success so that you achieve your personal goals for optimal weight and metabolic health.

A change in eating and lifestyle is a process that cannot be completed overnight and can include many challenges that need to be overcome.

There are 4 Phases in the Metabolic Balance Program:

Phase 1: Preparation Phase

Duration: 2 Days

The Preparation Phase could also be named Detox Phase as it enables your body to do just that. Your body is prepared for the dietary change with light foods and colon cleansing.

Phase 2: Strict Adjustment Phase

Duration: minimum of 14 days

Depending on the initial outset status of your body, this phase is minimally 2 weeks long. It specifically targets your body’s deficiencies and re-balances your body.
It is necessary to set aside a specific time for this period and avoid any social challenges. No heavy exercise during these 14 days. This can be the most difficult part of the program for many people since you do not use any oil during this phase. It’s well worth the great results you will experience!

Phase 3: Relaxed Phase

Duration: Until your goal has been reached

The duration depends on your personal circumstances and your target weight. The amount of weight you wish to lose is taken into consideration during this time.
You continue with the given plan but are allowed to experiment. More freedom can now be enjoyed.

Phase 4: Maintenance Phase

Duration: The rest of your new, healthy life

At this point you have succeeded in optimizing your nutrition and metabolism and as a result you have achieved your desired weight and improved health! You now understand what foods are best for you.
Your continued success is assured as long as you adhere to your plan and continue to make good choices.
